Local Pickup and Delivery
We offer local pickup in our location Toronto & Ottawa. Pick-up orders are typically ready the next day. If you need an order right away please contact us.

Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@modalashofficial.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to ship the item at your own expense or deliver it back to the pickup location in Mississauga. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

TRAINING & SERVICES HAVE NO REFUND POLICY.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS FOR TRAININGS.
48-hour notice cancellation is only allowed for services.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders, personalized items or bulk order items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also bring it in person to the pickup location in Mississauga for a faster exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order", "per item", or "per pound/kg" basis and is based on the shipping option you selected. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping worldwide.
Shipping timing
You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the checkout page. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date.
Title to products
Purchases of products are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to-address, and Moda Lash Official Is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.
